The Order Process
Do you ever wonder how your orders are processed after you have placed them? Well, now you can have some answers. In this post, we would like to explain how the order process goes and explain all the steps that go into ensuring you receive what you ordered from us here at Wild West Living.
1. Customer places their order
After you have found everything you are looking for, you check out and place your order and begin the countdown to when you will receive your item(s).
2. Order immediately hits our order management system
Your order then comes to our system, alerting us so we can get started ASAP!
3. Confirmation email is sent to customer
Once we have received your order, you are then sent a confirmation email, letting you know we have it and are working on it.
4. We print packing slip for order
We print the packing slip that winds up in your package, stating what it is in the package, based on what you ordered.
5. We pull item(s) from stock
We go through our inventory and pull the item(s) from your order from the stock that we have.
6. We box, weight, and label shipping
Once we have found everything you need, we get everything together and ready for shipment!
7. Shipping email is sent to customer
Once we have sent it out to you, you will receive an email so you can track it until it hits your mailbox or doorstep.
8. Customer receives, opens, and rejoices!
You receive your package and become thrilled that your Western items are here! Now you can add them to your home or office!
